At this time, all our DNS and web hosting services are fully operational. However, a number of our clients have domains registered with GoDaddy and use their DNS services. Unfortunately, GoDaddy is experiencing a massive denial of service attack today which affects these domains. They are aware of the problem and are working on it.
We've upgraded the control panel for our hosting customers to the latest version of Plesk 9 to resolve some performance and security issues. If you have any trouble accessing or using your hosting control panel, please contact us.
We've upgraded our dedicated servers to better handle our customer's performance and reliability needs, and have been pleased with the results. We've seen greater stability and traffic throughput since the upgrade, meaning our customers' websites and web-based applicaitons will always be available and load quickly.
Due to the increased load on our servers during the summer months and our growth over the past year, we've begun to experience some issues with our primary web server. We've had about an hour of downtime over the past couple of weeks, and many users were experiencing very slow loading of RM4 this morning.
We've worked with our dedicated hosting provider to solve these problems, and we've implemented numerous optimizations to the server, the software and several of our high-traffic websites to prevent this from happening again. We're also looking into upgrading or adding additional servers if necessary to provide fast, reliable service for everyone.
