Our Maintenance Tracking software was designed to help Vacation Lodging businesses organize their contractors and property maintenance requests. • Full permissions control. You can set up user accounts for either employees or contractors, and specify exactly what parts of the software they can view or make changes to.
• Add photos as well as rich text to a work order.
• Reports are generated in PDF format, allowing them to be easily saved, printed or emailed.
• Access the software from any computer with an internet connection. Contractors can update work orders remotely.

Purchasing

Our web-based Maintenance software is available on either a purchase or a subscription basis. 

A license is available for purchase for $750. We will work with you to install the software on the computer or server of your choice and that copy of the software is yours to use indefinitely with no data size limitations. 

A subscription to a copy of the software is available for as little as $20 per month. With this option, the software is hosted on our servers and accessed over the internet. Price is based on the number of Employees and Contractors you set up.
